Personalized Phone Cases – How It Works

Turn your favorite photos into a stunning, one-of-a-kind phone case for iPhone or Samsung! Here’s how the process works:

  1. Send Your Request
    Email us to specify your request, including the phone model (iPhone or Samsung).

  2. Submit Your Photos
    We’ll provide you with a WhatsApp number where you can securely send your photos. All photos are automatically erased after the creation process.

  3. Custom Creation
    Our team will design your personalized phone case, and you’ll receive up to 2 revisions to ensure it’s perfect.

  4. Your Approval
    Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll finalize the product with your validation.

  5. Phone Case Added to Shop
    The custom phone case will be uploaded to our shop for you to place your order.

  6. Your Choice
    After your purchase, you can choose to let us display your design as an example on our shop or have it removed.

Important Notes:

  • If the phone case is not paid for within 7 days, it will be kept as an example in our shop.
  • Delivery typically takes 10 days, following the final order placement.
